I Am Pure Vegetarian I start my day with 1 ltr lukewarm water.

Breakfast- Porridge with nonfat milk and 1 scoop Healthvit whey protein with some nuts.

Pre-workout- Healthvit Pre workout + Healthvitl-arginine + Healthvit biotin + Healthvitl-carnitine Healthvit vitamin-c
