Inspirational story of Sonu Dedha
Sonu Dedha is a 36 years old classic bodybuilder and International Athlete. Sonu was born and raised in Delhi, Seelampur and later on moved to Noida with family. Sonu was an active sportsman during his school day. When he was in School he started hitting gym on serious note and started preparing for the competitions. But in 2007 he moved to Noida with his family, at that time he left training due to his personal reasons.
When he was in Noida he stopped training and started going to parties with friends. At that time his weight was almost 100 KG. So one day when he was in party with friends he said I want to get fit like his old days. But his friend said it’s impossible for you now. But he started working out from the next day and within 6 months he lost more than 20KG. At that time he thought he can improve his body a little more.
So he started hitting gym for 3-4 hours and started preparing for competitions. Later on he tried for Classic Bodybuilding category. After him his 3 younger brother also started preparing for the competitions.
