Ishu Thakur is a 23 years old fitness athlete and social media influencer. Ishu Thakur was born and raised in Noida and he is a engineering graduate. Ishu was a active sportsman during his school days and had a keen interest in the fitness. During his school days he joined a local gym to fulfill his fitness dream. Later on during his college days he started hitting gym on a serious note and started preparing for the competitions.

As of now has participated in several men’s physique championships across India. If we talk about his daily schedule he spends at least 2 to 3 hours in the gym every day. But the most challenging part of his journey is, to manage his studies along with regular workouts and nutrition.

Because studies and workout both need unwavering focus to yield better results. After his daily workout he study for at least 3-4 hours and always take a good sleep so that his brain and body both get refreshed and appropriate recovery is there. Because of his busy schedule he spends his morning time for household chores so that he can work on his fitness and studies in the evening. If we talk about his workout, he do 3-4 sets of exercises per day. However during competitions he increases his timings because he also has to work on cardio.

Diet Plan

  • My diet plan (per day) for gaining is as follows:
  • 300 gram carbs
  • 300 gram protein 150 gram fat
  • My basic diet (per day) for leaning is as follows:
  • 150 -200 gram carbs
  • 400-450 gram protein
  • 50 -75 gram fat

Your body reacts differently to different kinds of diet plans but the basics remain the same, especially, if you are competing regularly.

After putting dedicated hardwork and targeted diet plan in place, he was able to set a place for himself in the bodybuilding and fitness fraternity. There is a lot to be done and achieved in future as well
