Saatyam Kaul, 2 times Mr. India and Chandigarh based fitness model is a real inspiration to many. He is a living example of dedication and discipline because of this quality this young man has grabbed a PRO tag before his name at such a young age of 25. He was nicknamed “Goldie” with love by our fitness industry, the reason being, he grabbed 18 back to back gold’s in 2016.

Saatyam  Kaul started working out at the age of 16, put in everything he has got and as a result of his hard work, today he is trained by Hope Trask (IFBB pro) famous fitness expert by Bombshell. Saatyam Kaul was the first male athlete selected from India by Bombshell. He has set landmarks for coming generations and is still on rolling to set many more.

I am a certified fitness trainer and I also run two supplement store’s in Noida and Gurgaon.

Q.6 What you eat on a typical day? 

I follow a very strict diet as suggested by my coach, and that’s a secret 🙂 Usually, I eat 6 to 7 meals in a day.

Q.7 What are your favorite pre and post workout meals?

Pre Workout- Rice and mashed sweet potato sandwich.
Post Workout- Basa fish

Q.8 What is your current workout routine?

I follow a proper bombshell workout plan and it also personally crafted by my coach as per my needs.

Q.10 If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Legs, Shoulders and abs because I feel motivated whenever I work on these muscle groups.

My motivation is my sister Shweta. She is a pretty soul and she is the only one who supports me, guide me and protect me.

LOL 😀 There are a lot of questions people ask me every day but mostly females ask me that Is weight training will make them manly?

Q.13 Tips you’d give to someone who’s trying to reach their goal physique?

Follow a strict diet. It’s not about giving 60% at the gym and 40% at home. No matters where you are, give your 100%, whether it is gym or kitchen.

Q.14 What motivates you to train hard each week?

My goal to represent India on International platform and fly that Indian flag on my shoulders.
