Height 5 feet 5 and half an inch,

Weight on the season – 75 kg and Offseason 90 kg

Q.3 What is your Occupation/what you do for a living?

Business! I have my own gym and also work with father as a co-partner in construction equipment business.

Q.4 Have you participated in any kind of fitness contests?

I have competed in Jr. India in 2012 and became runner in 75 kg category and won many times state championship overall, and also competed at the world in 2016 held at Benidorm (Spain).

Q.5 Any kind of Sponsors?

Yes, I am brand ambassador athlete of big muscles nutrition.

Q.6 What you eat on a typical day?

I start my day with 40 grams of oats and 6 egg white and one scoop of big muscle zero, then I eat around 750 grams of chicken a day and also I take 3 protein shakes a day.

Q.7 What are your favorite pre and post workout meals?

My favorite pre-workout meal is oats peanut butter and whey all together mixed and microwaved and also egg white with it. And post workout I do take big muscle zero 1 scoop and big muscle glutamine 10 grams and also I take sweet potato and chicken.

Q.8 What is your current workout routine?

Currently, I am training twice a day for my senior national contest. I am focusing on chest and triceps on Monday morning and then back and biceps in the evening and next day morning delts traps cardio and that evening legs and then repeat day 1 next morning. I workout each muscle group 3 times a week before my contest.

Q.9 What supplements do you use?

I use big muscle zero 3 times a day. While workout I consume Big muscle BCAA, Big muscles glutamine 15 grams in 3 times, and at night before bed, I consume casein of big muscle.

Q.10 If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Squat deadlift and bench press. These are the basic and the most important workout to gain massive power and mass.

Q.11 Where does your motivation come from?

Of course, I am a big fan of jay cutler. From him, I got the motivation and came to this point in my life.

Q.12 What is the most common training question that people ask you?

Of course, they ask me how to get a bigger and fuller chest like me.

Q.13 Tips you’d give to someone who’s trying to reach their goal physique?

I will say there is no secret and shortcut in bodybuilding. You need to train very insane and take your meals properly according to your needs.

Q.14 What motivates you to train hard each week?

Whenever I feel lazy or not going to the gym I only think of myself that I am a loser if I skip my workout and I won’t be able to win my contest.

Q.15 What are your plans for the future?

I have a plan to get an IFBB pro card and compete on Mr. Olympia.
