How and when you did started training?

I always wished to do something special, wanted to make my own identity, fame etc. I’m graduate in computer science and a double diploma holder in computer science. I have passed  “o” level exam in computers also. After my graduation, I started working for ORACLE . But that 9 to 5 job was not my piece of cake. So after wasting some of my time there I resigned and joined Fitness World (Talwalkers gym).

In details, I left a job of 12k (2013) and joined 5k wala job. My family, mamma used to ask me every day that why I’m doing this as I’m a very much educated. I managed to convince them. And kept thinking that one day I will make them feel proud. Now 4 years ho gaya! still, I’m trying, I didn’t know how much I’m successful now.

My name is Sangeet Nath and I am from Kolkata

Q.7 If you had to pick only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

 1. Squat! Squats are the best exercise according to me. It’s my favorite and I love to do that.

2. Chin-ups! Second most favorite after squats.

3. Incline bench press! Last but not least, I love it because I feel heavy pump after this.

Q,9 Sangeet Nath what does your diet consist of? – What would you eat on a typical day?

Breakfast: Oats+Protein Powder + egg whites

2nd Meal: Brown rice and chicken and veg and almonds

After 1 hour: Protein Shake

3rd Meal: Brown Rice + flavored tuna + almonds, green salad OR Chicken breast + Greek salad,

4th Meal: white rice chicken and veg  and salad and almonds

Dinner: Chicken breast or fish and after 1-hour casein. I use calcium tab, multivitamin tab, vitamin c, vitamin e, fish-oil, liver protection, joint guard tab, Daily I consume 300 grams protein.

Q.10 Three tips you’d give to someone who’s trying to reach their goal physique?

Eat clean with protein, Train hard with perfect posture Sleep like a baby

Pre-workout meal (oats and peanut butter with dark chocolate)

Post-workout meal (white rice and chicken with veg)
